It depends on which neighbourhood you have your eyes on. Check out the 'location' section of our website. When the Moda community you're interested is available be able to reserve tour new home in less then 10 clicks! - Is parking available?
All our neighbourhoods have onsite parking as well as accessible bays, motorbike bays and electric charge points. Need a valet? No problem, just book it through the MyModa app.Car parking is available on a first come first served basis as a separate rentable option. It an be leased at the time of application or added during your contract period. Just ask the team for the parking policy for more info.
- Is there bike storage?
Did someone say cycle club? There are secure, racked cycle hubs in each neighbourhood at no extra. Within the cycle hub, there's a service stand to give your bike some TLC...
- Can I bring a pet?
It wouldn't be next generation living if you couldn't. Pets are welcome at Moda and there's no hidden charge. Get in line... we have lots of pet-friendly apartments available. You can also apply for a pet at any time during your tenancy, providing you are on a pet-friendly floor. Your pet is our pet, we'll have the treats ready and waiting for your furry sidekick.
- Are there any pet restrictions?
As with most things in life, there are some T&C’s to ensure the comfort of all our residents. We can only accept small dogs and there are limited numbers of pets within each apartment. For the finer details just ask for our pet policy.
- What is the smoking policy?
The health and wellbeing of our residents and staff is our priority. Our neighbourhoods are all none smoking building including the apartments and balconies.
- Does Moda have onsite management?
Absolutely! 24/7. The onsite team are here for you... Our Customer Care and Resident Engagement manager lead a front desk Concierge service. Along with our Reservations team, Facilities Management, Maintenance teams and CCTV... we've got you covered.
