The wellbeing of our Angel Garden’s community is our top priority, here's what we are doing to keep you safe:

  • Limiting the use of our amenity spaces; offering same household bookings for the Private Dining room, Sports pitch, Meeting room & Cinema room use.
  • Closure of our gym during full lockdown, minimising numbers outside of – offering Live virtual sessions through our partners; HERO
  • Offering virtual mental wellbeing classes to our residents and staff.
  • Installing signage at key circulation areas to support social distancing.
  • Offering hand sanitiser in the entrance lobby and amenities.
  • Training our staff on social distancing and providing PPE.
  • Phased staff presence during full lockdown.
  • Ensuring thorough cleaning regimes throughout the building.
  • Managing viewings in line with social distancing.
  • Increasing our virtual resident events where we can’t offer them in person in-line with localised/national lockdown restrictions.
  • Adding additional partner and exclusive offers to keep our residents entertained and engaged.
  • Limiting the volume of our music and any audio in the amenities to minimise residents needing to shout which may transfer droplets.
  • Undertaking and updating our risk assessments for our operations in line with Covid-19 government guidelines.

We ask in return:

  • Keep at least 2 metres from others when travelling through the building.
  • Use the hand sanitiser stations around the building.
  • Scan our track & trace location.
  • Dispose of any PPE/face masks responsibly to protect others.
  • Keep up to date with and observe the government guidelines in place.
  • Let us know if you displayed any symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19.
  • Tell us if you think we could do anything differently; your opinion matters.
